Read original post to get context of story – 12/07/2007 – My wife got package at 5 PM, after they told that it will be delivered before 1.00 PM. Looking to get my money back, but they told that it is not possible because money back policy applied only if they didn’t make attempts to deliver.
The true that they put fake statuses to their system if for some reason they can’t deliver it. On 11/07 representative Elena said that they had troubles with courier service which can’t handle all these packages. After this I saw ‘ incorrect address ‘ status again. I am glad that all is over ,even it took them 2 weeks to deliver instead of 5 days.
My advice use DHL.
